Grandma - I’ll miss telling you in passing that I like something and receiving it in bulk for the foreseeable future (still can’t stomach fruitella sweets after the weekly multipacks you got me when I was at school). I’ll miss you demanding me to fill up your wine or “give me whatever you’re having” at every family gathering. I’ll miss you sneaking me a tenner from your purse and justifying your favourite grandchild because “I was born first”. But most of all I’ll miss your wicked sense of humour and love and care for everything in our lives. I hope I inherit your amazing hair colour and love for hot rollers in my old age. Thank you for everything, I’m so glad you are no longer in pain. Love you always, Daniella xx
